WHAT IS SMARTPAC?

SmartPac is the brother of DumbPac.

Okay, just kidding. Basically SmartPac is an efficient mailing option where you will usually receive your item the next day after the item has been posted out. Not only that, it comes with a tracking number. For more details, visit:

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY ITEM?

We apologise but we will not provide any refunds or exchange once purchase has been made. Therefore, do make the right choices or inform us of changes (Eg; size or colour) before the closing date for the pre- order period.

WHY ARE THERE A DIFFERENCE IN PRICES?

Different apparels size requires different amount of textile. Therefore, the price increases as the size of apparels increase.

Size S to L: $85

Size XL to 3XL: $110

Size 4XL to 6XL: $130

ARE THE PRICES INCLUSIVE OF MAILING PRICE?

All items are inclusive of SmartPac.

HOW DO I MAKE PURCHASE?

We will not be using our current (syerasclosetsc.tictail.com) website for our Raya Collection. Therefore, here's a few ways to make purchase;

1) Fill in the order form that is included in this website.

2) Drop us an email at syerasclosetsc@gmail.com.

3) WhatsApp us at 9723 7411.

WHEN WILL YOUR PRE- ORDER CLOSE?

It will close on the 28th as our supplier needs at least 3 weeks to manufacture all apparels. We will try our best to make it reach you at least 1 to 2 weeks before Lebaran.
